Lachta (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the mobile game Cone Tower: Scoop Stack (package name: com.lachta.conetowerscoopstack) (the “Game”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our Game.

By downloading, installing, or using Cone Tower: Scoop Stack, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information We Do NOT Collect Directly

Cone Tower: Scoop Stack does not require you to create an account, and we do not directly collect your name, email address, or other personal identification information to play the Game. The Game currently does not integrate any third-party SDK within its code (no advertising, analytics, or tracking libraries are built into the app at this time).

1.2 Information Collected via Google Play Services

The Game is distributed through Google Play, and as such, it runs on your device alongside Google Play Services, which is provided and operated by Google, independently of our Game. Google Play Services may automatically collect certain information for platform-level purposes (such as app distribution, installation, updates, security, crash and performance reporting, and Google Play Console's own store analytics), including:

  • Device information (device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers)
  • App installation and usage statistics (as reported to Google Play Console)
  • General location information (derived from IP address, at country/region level)

This information is collected and processed by Google under its own privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy. We do not control this collection, and it occurs as a function of the Android/Google Play platform rather than through any code we have added to the Game.

1.3 Local Data Storage

The Game stores certain data locally on your device to save your progress, including:

  • Score, max tower height, and leaderboard data
  • Unlocked cone skins and streaks
  • Game settings and preferences

This local data remains on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

2. Advertising

Current status: Cone Tower: Scoop Stack does not currently contain any advertising SDK or display any advertisements.

Future advertising: We plan to introduce advertising in future versions of the Game to support continued free access. When ads are introduced, we may integrate one or more of the following third-party advertising networks:

  • Google AdMob
  • AppLovin
  • ironSource (LevelPlay)
  • Unity Ads

Once integrated, these networks may collect information such as advertising identifiers, device information, general location (via IP address), and app interaction data (impressions, clicks) in order to serve ads, measure performance, and prevent fraud. Each network operates under its own privacy policy:

This Privacy Policy will be updated before any advertising SDK is added to the Game, and where required by applicable law, we will request user consent (including via a consent management platform for users in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland) prior to any such data collection or sharing taking effect.

3. Children's Privacy

Cone Tower: Scoop Stack is a casual game suitable for a general audience, including children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or the relevant age of digital consent in your jurisdiction).

If advertising is introduced in the future and the Game is directed at or attracts a significant child audience, we will configure any advertising partners to serve only child-appropriate, non-personalized ads and will comply with applicable laws, including the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Google Play's Families Policy.

4. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect any information related to the Game. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding information collected about you via Google Play Services, including the right to request access, deletion, or to opt out of personalized advertising through your device settings (e.g., “Opt out of Ads Personalization” in Android Settings). These requests relating to Google Play Services should be directed to Google, as the operator of that platform-level collection.

6. Data Retention

We do not retain any personal data on our own servers, as the Game does not currently collect or transmit personal information to us. Any platform-level data is retained by Google under its own retention policies.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, particularly if we introduce new features such as advertising SDKs. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this policy, and, where required, through an in-app notice.
